Question: What is GSM?
Answer: GSM is a very important factor you should be aware of when buying a galvanized iron material. GSM is the abbreviation for grams of square meter. The amount of zinc accumulated on the surface area of iron when measured in grams is zinc mass coating the wire possesses. The higher the GSM, the better is the wire quality and it’s service to you. This is often or best achieved with hot dip galvanization.
Look into our CALCULATOR to calculate the loss you might incur if you choose for a lower GSM product.
Question: What is hot dip galvanization?
Answer: Running a wire through hot tub of zinc is galvanization. Hot dip is the best method of galvanizing where the bond of zinc and iron is super strong. There are other methods of galvanizing like electro plating where zinc and iron are not well connected.
Question: Why do you have a Dollar calculation when you are based in India?
Answer: We admire your micro observation of the price. Most or many of our enquiries are generated by Indians in a foreign land for their Indian use or a foreigner seeking an Indian product. Most of the calculations are well understood when the denomination is a world standard currency which is a Dollar which many of them are accustomed to. Our presentation in Dollars allows them to study their market and analyze our quality versus price.
Question: What is the life of wire and the galvanization relationship?
Answer: This question can be answered with a simple table.
Coat grade | Galvanisation | Coastal land wire life | Dry land wire life |
Low coating | 30~40 GSM | 0~0.5years | 0~1year |
Low coating | 60~80 GSM | 1~1.5 years | 1~2 years |
Medium coating | 100~120 GSM | 6~8 years | 7~9 years |
Medium coating | 160~200 GSM | 9~12 years | 12~15 years |
Heavy coating | 275~300 GSM | 12~15 years | 15~20 years |
Question: Are poles included in this model?
Answer: When a category or design has “fence” in it’s name, it means the complete fencing along with the poles or the structure to make a complete fence. When a category or design says “chain link” or “barbed wire” it means that it does not include the poles. Kindly check the other designs also which enables you to choose which is correct for your use.
Question: I am located very far from you. How can you supply and install the fence at my site?
Answer: We have hopefully covered the entire peninsula with our supply and installation. Right from the bottom states to the north east states, we have covered the land. Your location might not surprise us for supply and installation. But also kindly observe that a few products do not include installation as they are either easy to be installed or installation might prove heavy on your spending for the fence. For such situations, we have videos which can be shared on request or we shall assist you via a video call.
Question: How do I make a quotation?
Answer: That’s easy.
1. Find “GET FREE QUOTE” under the price of product
2. Enter your details so that we know you
3. Choose the model of fencing suggested under “ Quotation required for” tab which most matches your requirement
4. Select the measurement of your boundary or requirement and enter the value in “fencing for” tab
5. Click on “SUBMIT”.
6. You will receive a OTP (one time password) to your email which shall be prompted for entry in a tab. Validate the OTP
7. The quotation will be sent to your email
8. We shall contact you soon to talk to you and execute your project
Question: I want this chain link with cement poles also. How can I get a quote for it?
Answer: We are bound to some principles where cement poles resist our reason for selling them.
1.1. Cement poles are heavier to either be transported or installed.
1.2. Cement poles are not a good investment with zero returns.
1.3. Cement poles do not give a good appeal of fencing on your property.
Considering this, we do not have cement poles in our production agenda.
However, cement or stone poles are economical which spells our justification for them. You can purchase cement or stone poles locally as there are no differentiation for stone wherever carved. We have in our list a series of genuine stone or cement pole suppliers who can be shared at your insistence. But chain link needs to be quality proved to last longer which we recommend to purchase from us.
Question: My question is unlisted in the above questions. How will you answer?
Answer: All questions either silly or serious are encouraged. Please find the contact us tab for our information and call us. We are ready for you.
Question:
I would like a 5 feet fence, do you have it?
Answer:
Of course, please check the other models available under the fence category and
sure you will find a 5 feet domestic fence which is a replica of the same fence
in 5 feet.
Question:
Do you have angles instead of round poles in this fence?
Answer:
Yes, we have other fence models where we use angles in place of round poles but
the theme of low price is defeated in this mode. For this reason we recommend
round poles but if you are sure, please check on the other 6 feet models.
Question:
Are the poles galvanized or painted?
Answer:
When the code of the fence starts with a S, it is a painted pole fence, when
the code of the fence starts with a C, it is a galvanized pole fence. So this
is a C6DF which means that the poles are all galvanized to a minimum of 90
microns or 600GSM.
Question:
Can I buy only chain link without the poles?
Answer:
We are manufacturers of both the chain link and the poles so either the poles
alone or the chain link alone can be sold. Please check section of 6 feet chainlink where you will find the chain link alone. But a friendly suggestion is
that this model is the most chosen for fencing so, you might need this fence
rather than the chain link alone.
Question:
My land is not a perfect square, will the length or the fence model suit me?
Answer:
99% of the properties in our requests are all not a square. This is the reason
we calculate the fence with a little extra to match your property. Also, again
talking about the versatility of the fence, this fence can be installed with
either a 7degree change in the boundary to almost 353degree change in the
boundary. This is where you need not worry about anything else.
