Question: What is GSM?

Answer: GSM is a very important factor you should be aware of when buying a galvanized iron material. GSM is the abbreviation for grams of square meter. The amount of zinc accumulated on the surface area of iron when measured in grams is zinc mass coating the wire possesses. The higher the GSM, the better is the wire quality and it’s service to you. This is often or best achieved with hot dip galvanization.

Question: What is hot dip galvanization?

Answer: Running a wire through hot tub of zinc is galvanization. Hot dip is the best method of galvanizing where the bond of zinc and iron is super strong. There are other methods of galvanizing like electro plating where zinc and iron are not well connected.

Question: Why do you have a Dollar calculation when you are based in India?

Answer: We admire your micro observation of the price. Most or many of our enquiries are generated by Indians in a foreign land for their Indian use or a foreigner seeking an Indian product. Most of the calculations are well understood when the denomination is a world standard currency which is a Dollar which many of them are accustomed to. Our presentation in Dollars allows them to study their market and analyze our quality versus price.

Question: What is the life of wire and the galvanization relationship?

Answer: This question can be answered with a simple table.

Question: I am located very far from you. How can you supply and install the fence at my site?

Answer: We have hopefully covered the entire peninsula with our supply and installation. Right from the bottom states to the north east states, we have covered the land. Your location might not surprise us for fence supply and installation. But also kindly observe that a few products do not include installation as they are either easy to be installed or installation might prove heavy on your spending for the fence. For such situations, we have videos which can be shared on request or we shall assist you via a video call.

Question: How do I make a quotation?

Answer: That’s easy.

3.       Choose the model of fencing suggested under “ Quotation required for” tab which most matches your requirement. This field is auto selected for the product you came through.

Question: My question is unlisted in the above questions. How will you answer?

Answer: All questions either silly or serious are encouraged. Please find the contact us tab for our information and call us. We are ready for you. 

Question: What is the maximum height of chain link you can manufacture?

Answer: Our machines are capable of manufacturing chain link to a maximum height of 24 feet. Although rear, we manufacture chain link to this height.

What is the warranty or guarantee of your product?

WARRANTY (definition): a written guarantee, issued to the purchaser of an article by its manufacturer, promising to repair or replace it if necessary within a specified period of time.

Mentioning the quality in our business process, we give a warranty for all our products. Please read the Inclusions and Exclusions in the quotation generated to check the warranty of this particular category.

Question: How fast can you supply us the material?

Answer: The time for supply of your material may depend on the size of your order. 

If your order is less than a thousand feet of chain link alone, we might surprise you with the shortest delivery time. If your order has poles also included, we take care that there is no fault in manufacturing the poles which might take time which is again informed in the quotation you generate.

Elaborating our chain link manufacturing capabilities, we have in our production line approximately, 12 dual die machines for regular sizes, 4 single die mahines for large wires and sizes and two fully automatic machines keeping us at a comfortable place either in competition or in speed of supply. 

Having this advantage, we will be able to supply to you material in the bracket you expected. 

Question: Do you have ready stock of material to purchase right away?

Answer: Being manufucturer with high manufacturing competences, we maintain ready stock of chain link or poles to a very small volume reasoning that a customer should get a new material, not material collecting dust. In case, your order is well in the very small volume quantity, YES, you can purchase the material right away, else we make new material. 

Question: I want this chain link with cement poles also. How can I get a quote for it?

Answer:  We are bound to some principles where cement poles resist our reason for selling them.

 1.1. Cement poles are heavier to either be transported or installed.

1.2. Cement poles are not a good investment with zero returns.

1.3. Cement poles do not give a good appeal of fencing on your property.   

Considering this, we do not have cement poles in our production agenda.

However, cement or stone poles are economical which spells our justification for them. You can purchase cement or stone poles locally as there are no differentiation for stone wherever carved. We have in our list a series of genuine stone or cement pole suppliers who can be shared at your insistence. But chain link needs to be quality proved to last longer which we recommend to purchase from us.

Question: I found a similar product sold in kilograms. What is the price per kilogram?

 

Answer: Selling in kilograms is the smartest way a craftiness vendor can trap you. They can claim for more weight for roll and the price appears not to be expensive. A genuine vendor always quotes in either square feet or bundle weight. You pay for what you want and get, not what you might which you might not.
